Greg’s the principal consultant at Human Insights, a research and evaluation consultancy specializing in Human Factors and User Experience. He has over a decade of experience working with academic, industry, and non-profit clients to help transform a better understanding of people into better products, services and processes. He received his BA from the University of Calgary and MASc from the University of Toronto, where he studied psychology, design, and the performance enhancing effects of caffeine.
